ABCD Building
The Administrative cum Business Centre for Dholera, home to the smart-city command centre and single-window clearance, in the TP2 Knowledge and IT Zone.
The ABCD Building is the Administrative cum Business Centre for Dholera. It stands in the Knowledge and IT Zone of Town Planning Scheme 2, on a plot of about 9 hectares, and is designed to LEED Gold standards. It is often described as the operational nerve centre of the smart city.
Inside it sits the Integrated Command and Control Centre, the ICCC, which is planned to run city systems such as water, power, lighting, surveillance, traffic and environment monitoring. The building also houses authority offices and the single-window clearance facility for approvals. It is reported as operational, though the exact inauguration date is not reliably sourced, and its stated built-up area differs between sources, cited at about 14,000 sqm in one government phase figure and about 36,000 sqm by a developer.
For a buyer, the ABCD building is the clearest physical proof that the Activation Area is more than open land. Read the dedicated ABCD Building and ICCC page, see the ICCC entry for the command centre, and understand its host zone in Dholera Knowledge and IT Zone.
