ICCC (Integrated Command and Control Centre)
Dholera's smart-city 'brain' inside the ABCD building, planned to monitor and manage core city systems from one place.
The ICCC, or Integrated Command and Control Centre, is the digital brain of Dholera Smart City. It is housed in the ABCD building in the Knowledge and IT Zone and is designed to monitor and manage core city services, including water, power, street lighting, surveillance, traffic and environmental conditions, from a single control room.
An ICCC is the defining feature that separates a genuine smart city from an ordinary township, because it ties sensors and utility networks into one live management system. Dholera's ICCC is reported as operational, but because sources vary, that operational status is best verified on the official NICDC portal before treating it as settled fact.
For a buyer, the ICCC is a signal of intent and, if confirmed operational, of real functioning infrastructure in the Activation Area, rather than a promise on paper. It does not affect the legal steps of a plot purchase, which remain title, RERA and non-agricultural checks.
