Per DICDL, the Activation Area carries a genuinely modern set of trunk services, most of it underground: power and fibre ducts, piped natural gas, potable water with smart meters, recycled-water and wastewater networks, stormwater into a 6.5 km canal, a water treatment plant of about 50 MLD, and around 72 km of internal roads. A fab cannot function without exactly the reliable power, ultra-pure water and data infrastructure the Activation Area was built to provide, which is the strongest evidence that this infrastructure is real.
